Monday-KatCamp- PC/Total Body
Stacy will be heading up Mondays with her famed PowerCycle/Total Body Hybrid! Great complete body workout and she promises to throw in some of her ass-crunching Rock-Bottom moves!
Vanessa will grace you with her signature PowerCycle/Yoga combo! You’ll hit the bike with a frenzy, followed by an intensive Vinyasa practice. If you are new to Yoga, there will be modifications, but by the end you will be a Yogi for sure.
Wednesday- KatCamp- PowerCycle 1 Hour
Tonni will bring the heat on Wednesdays with 1 FULL HOUR of PowerCycling. Her personal achievements and knowledge will inspire you to heights you never thought imaginable.
Thursday- KatCamp- PC/Circuit Training
Michael takes over on Thursdays with PowerCycle Circuit. As you complete 10 stations 3 times through, your body will be ripped and shredded by week 4!
Friday- KatCamp- PC/TRX
Michelle Allen closes the deal, with PC/TRX as a brilliant combo of cardio and body weight suspension training. The class is light-hearted and very effective!
