Haven't heard of it? Okay so picture this: 7 days, 7 nights chilling out and working out in a private residence on the beach, refer to picture above, yes that's the beach out front.

Join us for fun, Power Cycling (formerly known as Spinning), Yoga, laughter, meditation, glorious landscape, good food and relaxation, and apparently run-on sentences. A chance to step away from your everyday life, and come home from vacation even more ripped than when you left. Hello? How often can you say that? This is a chance to connect to nature and to yourself.

Twice a day, we will be Spinning while looking out at the beautiful coastline, then adjourning to the plush lawn ending at the sandy beach to rock some Yoga, Lotus Kitty style.

You will enjoy 3 massages during your week stay. Some of the activities included will be an astrological reading, a 6 mile Silent Walk along the awe-inspiring coastline, watching the sunrise at Haleakala, an authentic Luau at the Marriott Grand in Wailea, lunch in Paia on another private beach - and Mama's for happy hour! www.mamasfishhouse.com

The rest of the time you can relax on the beach, hang out in the Jacuzzi, have cocktails or shop at the Four Seasons and other resorts (10 min. away). There is kayaking and paddle boarding right in front of the property. Maui has some of the best snorkeling and whale watching in the world. Lahaina is 20 min. away.

You will be experiencing Vanessa's wonderful home cooked meals. There will be a daily continental breakfast, plus 3 lunches and 3 dinners included. All meals will be prepared with organic meats and vegetables.

The other nights you'll want to enjoy fine dining at nearby restaurants, bars and maybe catch a movie at the local theatres.

Each room has a kitchenette and a bedroom, with a futon in the living room and sleeps three. Prices based on double occupancy but if you add a third person discounts are available. The Ohana guest-house has 2 bedrooms and a futon, it sleeps five. The rooms look out onto the ocean and the Ohana looks out to the private fruit grove and Haleakala. The fruit grove has Lilikoi, limes, papaya, mangos, apples, bananas, star fruits and coconuts, all available for picking.

There will be a shuttle to/from airport unless you want to rent a car (price does not include airfare)
