Lotus Kitty Yoga & Spin

The word fitness is deceptive in that most people think it refers solely to the physical body. But “absolute fitness” requires health of the mind and emotions as well. It takes conscious effort and reflection in all three areas. Illness is frequently related to emotional and mental stress just as often as physical imbalance.

You must be clear about what you’re trying to achieve. You can physically train for 3 hours per day, but if your emotional and mental bodies are out of balance, achieving complete health will be unattainable. How you feel, how you react, how you perceive yourself and others are also crucial components.

At Lotus Kitty we have combined two different concepts to deliver an all encompassing workout for the mind and body. Spinning which relies on high intensity cardio for weight loss and Yoga which is known for calming the mind but has profound body sculpting benefits.

We offer YOGA, SPIN and PILATES classes as well as hybrid classes of Spin/Yoga or Spin/Pilates. We also have a wonderful KIDS YOGA program.
